Census Do you go to midnight movie openings?

So, yes. For certain movies: SW (AotC&RotS), LotR (TTT&RotK), and HP (6&7.1)

Well, technically the RotK was 11 pm, an hour before the midnight opening and after watching FotR:EE and TTT:EE on the big screen... yay for the Trilogy Tuesday awesomeness

 

No, but at some point I'd like to just to have the experience.

Yes many many times.

I just did for HP 7.1, actually that was a 3:15am showing.

I did for AOTC and ROTS, Indy 4, Star Trek, HP5, and will be doing the Tron Legacy midnight showing.

I have done a few more come to think of it, I think we did Day after Tomorrow too...

I mean, I left a movie theater at 12:45, but I have to think about the drive home not being so fun. So no midnight openings for me.

 

You know we were wondering WTH we were doing last night...

we got home as the sun was rising and all the news crews were there. It was worth it though...

My favorite midnight show was The Dark Knight but Inception was pretty awesome too

Yes, but it's been a few years since my last midnight showing. It was actually for ...Twilight.

 

I've only been to one and that was for ROTS. That was a fun night!

 

I've only been to two: AOTC & ROTS. Both were awesome experiences and I would love to go to more so I guess that's a Yes from me.


Loyal, cinemas are worth the admission fee, you should go on a roadtrip sometime.

 

I'd be too tired, or wouldn't be able to function the next day if I did.

 

I've done it many times, but they were always movies I was extremely excited about (e.g. SW, AOTC ROTS, LOTR TT, ROTK,(LOTR more than once) Batman, Superman, Spiderman 2)

I would be at Tron Legacy, if I wasn't moving to a foreign country ten days before it comes out... They don't have any movie theaters near where I'll be down there....

I'm hoping that it'll still be in 3D by the time I come back to visit in March....
