I hate telephones in general; they're a necessary evil. There's no way I'm going to carry one around with me.

I need my cell phone. it has saved my butt sooo many times. I don't talk on it a lot but i generally use it at least 3 times a day, but only for very short calls. I don't know what I'd do without it!

I generally hate cell phones, and have resisted getting one so far. But now that I'm in Japan, it's nearly impossible. Literally everybody has a cellphone, and they're really advanced too. Most of them have digital cameras built in, all of them have e-mail and the world wide web, and most of the newer ones can function as a video phone, so you can see who you're talking to.

I may end up buying on in the new year.

Ever heard of Nokia? That's a finnish company if you didn't know and that's one reason why practically every Finn who can possibly own a cell phone owns at least one. Only small children and old people don't have cell phone in Finland.

Cell phones are very handy. It would be quite hard to manage without one nowadays.

 

I own one because they're so handy. When I move out. I won't even have a land-line. For the same price, or less, of a dial up connection, a cheap cell phone plan, and a land-line phone, I could get a great cell phone plan, and a high-speed modem.

I pay for my own cell phone, I bought, it, and pay for it. I bought, and pay for my computer. And my cable modem. Shows what a summer job can do.

Yep, I have one. It's good for when there is no pay phone around...and even if there was one, those things are getting WAY to expensive to make one phone call.
