Do you think there is a story out there?.......................

    Do you think there is a Sci-fi story out there that is on the same level as Star Wars if not better? And I'm not talking about Star Trek or any other movie that has been done before I'm talking about an original Film, not fan film, just a film.

    OK great but I think you mist my point, I was asking about a brand new film, that could be created to compete with Star Wars, if not better. Thats not out there now.

    Uh, none that I can think of. One that would compete with SW now that's already been done, though, is definitely Stargate. That is the best darn movie (and TV series) I can actually compare to Star Wars.

    Well, according to GL, Star Wars is fantasy. So a movie that competes directly against Star Wars would be fantasy, not science fiction. In that case, I happen to know of a series of novels being made into movies that already have a better story, and have the potential to be better movies. :D

    Darth Fruit cake I don't think you see my point I am saying. Is there a story out there that NO ONE has done before, it's hiding it has'nt been found yet. No one has ever heard of it before. Do you think that that type of story exists?
