Does anyone happen to remember when Lucas Online ceased being a subsidiary of Lucasfilm Ltd?

It used to have its own website and separate job postings. I assume at this point LFL contracts out their website work.

Pablo Hidalgo is the only employee I know of who was with Lucas Online and is still with LFL in some capacity but he has made all of his social media presences private so I haven't been able to ask him.
