Does Chewbacca get to come back in Episode III??

This thread was piled deep deep deep, so I thought I'd bring it up, so newbies like you and me can see it.

 

It seems that ObiWan may have had dealings with Chewie, albeit limited, prior to their meeting in Ep4. BUT, the real question is, will the Millennium Falcon make a big comeback, perhaps with a young Lando at the helm? I mean, it wouldn't be Star Wars without it!!!

 

when(if ever)is Peter coming back?

 

One can only hope! I think it's obvious he's well-loved here and everywhere in this big ol' wide SW universe of ours.

just thought I'd add here.

I know Peters been very busy latly with Cons, as well as taking on the part
of an Anime voice Character, and an up comming movie. He and his wife talk about this forum alot when at Conventions, and love talking to the fans. rest assured, he
will be back to chat, i'm willing to bet!

I will see what I can do to get Peter back and chat here when he has time.

Peter is way cool man...I got the honor of meeting him this summer in San Diego...his wife is really sweet too.

Hope he comes back to chat and tear some arms off...

I hope he comes back on to post. If he does, Mr. Mayhew, I got a good Chewie story to tell you. In 1994, I went to New York on a weekend trip to hang out and I went by a Planet Hollywood to have dinner and as I was walking around checking out the memorbillia and I was impressed by the many things on display. But nothing prepared me for what I saw when I hit a corner in the front of the restaurant. Your original costume (or one of them) in a huge glass display case. I tell ya' man it was like coming upon a holy grail.
Here was this "hairy carpet" sitting on display that has brought so much absolute joy to my life for so many years. Thank you Mr. Mayhew for being apart of something that gave me such a wonderful childhood. You and Han Solo were definitely the coolest characters in the OT! And you would think this would touch a brother from the ghetto!

hey peter mayhew, u come from the same town as me in england. seriously chewbacca comes from my town in england. he worked at the local hospital. a big tall guy i believe. this is irrelevant and i am new here.
