Well, tables booked for half 7, so we could in theory leave around half 6 at the latest.

    hi guys
i can't make this meet-up i was going to at the begining of the week until this came from the 99th

    Dear Nigel,

The 99th Imperial Garrison have been asked to attend a large fundraising event in Norwich on 16 June 2007.

The purpose of this annual event is to raise money for Brundall School but 50% of the money raised will be donated to a Charity of the 99ths choice. It is very high profile and has been promoted by the BBC who will also be opening the event. By all accounts the local children are very excited to meet some of their heroes and local media promotion has been enthusiastically received.

Due to the importance of the event the 99th have requested as many costumed members as possible to attend and we are looking for a good range of characters. As you are the Garrison Emperor your attendance at this event would be greatly appreciated. The chairman of the school's PTA and the event organisers have viewed your costume photographs and are very impressed by the quality of you kit and are therefore very keen to have you along for the day.

The school are therefore prepared to finance your travel expenses to and from Norwich to the value of £55 rail travel. Arrangements can be made to collect you and deliver you to the station / school at the Norwich end. The Garrison will donate raffle prizes to the school in excess of the value of these expenses.

This really is going to be a great day and we would love you to represent the 99th Imperial Garrison at this event, plus I get to see your fantastic costume in person at last!

I would appreciate a fast reply to confirm your attendance so I can inform the school.

Details of the event are on the forum or contact me if you require ant additional information

I look forward to your response

    Paul
