Here are the votes for Round 9 (I am no longer voting in EU Survivor):

    Mara Jade: 4
    Admiral Daala: 3
    Wedge Antilles: 1

I am sorry and surprised to see Mara go. In order to get the prizes out before Christmas, the winner needs to be decided by Thursday, Dec 21.

Please vote for one person to be eliminated: Admiral Daala or Wedge Antilles. You must have your vote in by 3:30 pm on Thursday.

Don?t despair if you haven?t made it to the end of Expanded Universe Survivor.
New Jedi Order Survivor will follow soon.

    And the winner is....

    Wedge

Final score: Wedge 3, Daala 5. It took three tries for Fenix to find an EU Character not already taken. Looks like that was the charm. Vader 2000 will receive a fabulous booby prize next time we meet. It's the world's creepiest SW toy.

    Thank you everyone for playing.

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooo!

I can't believe I lost. I was surprised to see Daala survive this long as it was, but in the end a Classic Trilogy character who just happened to move onto the Expanded Universe beat me out. Something smells fishy if you ask me.

Just kidding. Congrats Fenix. I suppose getting a booby prize of the creepiest SW toy will be consolation enough. :)

Anyway, X-Mas is in two days, so happy holidays everyone!!!

Well, my two top choices were Mara Jade and Corran Horn (myself).

But if it couldn't be one of those, then Wedge is a great choice! See my comments on the thread about a character being killed off.

Here's what I'm wondering now: what >IS< the creepiest sw toy?

I cannot reveal that information until Vader2000 sees it. I'm afraid he will never return to Minnesota if I tell you now.

I've got a pretty good guess as to what it might be, but I'll refrain from stating it in case I'm right.

Maybe it's the virtual reality sex machine that Itchy got for Life Day. With the Diahann Carroll module. (Her character is listed as "Holographic wow" on imdb.com.)

I admire the tight-lipped secrecy being maintained here. May the prize be delivered soon, so we can be delivered from our state of anticipation!

It turns out the booby prize is NOT the creepiest SW toy. It is the second runner up. I was cleaning my closet this weekend and found the creepiest. Hidden Majesty Amidala. What makes her so creepy is that there is a plastic, hooded head that you can put over the queen's face to make her look like a handmaiden. I have the doll out as Amidala so I found a box with a head rolling around in it.
