Event Request - Genesee Country Village Trick or Treating - 10/26 & 10/27

Hi folks,

We have been reached out to by the Genesee Country Village and Museum to attend their annual Trick or Treat in the Village. This event is 2 days

Friday night is from 5pm-8pm. I understand that Friday nights are tough for people with their work schedules, especially with this being outside of Rochester. I have conveyed the difficulty for our members for the first night of the event. I would say that arrival is 5pm at the earliest and then arrive at your convenience.

Saturday is from 12pm-4pm with arrival at 11.

This event has been going on as long as I can remember, as I attended it when I was a kid. There are trick or treat stations set up through out the historic village. And it's really cool because of the stories of the haunted buildings.

There will be a space for us to change in and store personal items throughout the event. I am working on getting some other details, such as parking and WHERE the changing room will be. I volunteered for the museum for several years, so I know of a handful of buildings and parking areas where we could be put. I'm working on finding out exactly where those are.

We will be given an area to be stationed and hand out candy and each volunteer will be given an extra guest pass for anyone they wish to bring with them.
