Event Request - June 16-18 - Buffalo Fantasy & Magic Festival - Central Terminal

Hello everyone,

We have been invited to attend the Buffalo Fantasy & Magic Festival at the Central Terminal, running from June 16th - June 18th.

We will have a changing room and will be able to arrive out of costume and change at the event.

Times for the event are below

Friday: 5-9
Saturday: 11-7
Sunday: 12-4

I know that Saturday conflicts with the birthday party in Amherst, so if you are already attending that, please do not feel that you need to attend this on Saturday.

I apologize for the late notice of this event. I dropped the ball on it, fair and square.

 

I am available on Friday, both of us are available on Saturday. Not available Sunday.

 

I will be there Friday, and all day Sunday. Definitely Sat afternoon, all day if I am not working.

AJ is TBD.

I'll have to check the kid's schedule to confirm.

In the past, the dressing room was a bit "simple"
To say the least. I would recommend camping chairs for rest times.

Chris, no worries about this event. We are all so very busy.

 

I will be unavailable for this event, as I am working the whole weekend. However, if we can get our hands on a costume stand, I will supply my Red Guard to be put on display for the whole of the event.

 

Working at Forest Lawn on Sunday, and Saturday is out but might be able to swing by on Friday. List me as "tentative".

 

I'm working Saturday morning. I can be there by 2pm if not earlier.

Haven't had time to check kids swim schedule.

 

I'm out for this.

 

As of right now, I'm only available Friday. I won't have a definite answer until about a week before.

Anyone else able to help out on Sat or Sunday?

 

It is hard to say when I can be available. I have a lot of things going on that weekend, I will post when I know when I am available.

 

The only day I could help out would be Sunday since have golf tournaments fri and sat along with birthday party appearance on Sat

We may have to consider cancelling this event if we cannot find some help.

I totally understand people have plans. No worries.

 

When do we need help the most? I could be there Saturday morning 11 until 2 or whenever others get there. My plan is to wear a NR shirt and bring the MSE-6 and some light sabers. I also could come on Friday if we don't have enough people.

I'm going to be at a fund raiser for the http://www.petemergencyfund.org/ Saturday afternoon and then Sunday is tough to schedule because of Father's day.
