I just got back from college, we've been watching on TV.

First off, our country is under attack.
Second, who it could be? It could be linked to the olympics, it has been known for ages that this was coming (the IOC decision), who is to say there isn't a cell in each of the cities, and whoever got the games got their cell put into action? The g8 summit, the security there is airtight, so you couldn't hit there, so the next best place is London.
Third, I hope Mr Blair has the bottle to punish those who did it.


One more thing, someone said "it takes ages to plan" something like this. No it doesn't. If its suicide bombers all you need are people, watches and bombs. Everyone get on their train/bus on time, and at a predetermined time set the bomb off. Getting on the train is the easy part, getting the explosives isn't too hard either, nor is putting them together. The hard part is coordinating everything without being caught.


Meh, I'm too angry to post anything sensible.

Lets hope this brings a bigger defence budget, national service, an end to people wasting their lives instead make them do something useful, like getting a worthwhile job for a start.

Whats happened in London is sick, why do people want to go so far just to hurt people. If I'm perfectly honest I must say I was expecting an attack coming are way sooner or later. We've been left out too many times and I think the country has been expecting it too, all the services have acted fastly and smoothly and done the best possible job. It's like they have been ready for it.

Anyway I hope everyone from London here is ok. And that no more deaths have been reported. How many deaths have there been? The last I heard two people died but that was about 2 hours ago.

 

Unfortunately latest news is of 33 fatalities

 

33! Boy thats a lot more than I expected. I heard Al-Quieda clamed the attack, ******* Al-Quieda! Whoever is responsible for this better damn pay for it.
