Yah, I'm a teen who doesn't drive either (mostly for insurance reasons!).

 

I drive and I'm not a teen... but I didn't drive until I was 19, and then only because I had to in order to get to work, so there are/were others. I don't think it's really that uncommon, just perhaps a minority.

Well, it really gets to be Chinese frugality when I chat with several other Chinese kids on a bus and they all chuckle when I say driving's expensive. If only that license would arrive in the mailbox already.. *sighs* It's been five weeks since I passed the exam.

Basically an unpredictable antihero with a nasty temper (and my fav dragon warrior from the show but that doesn't matter). 'Cept whenever Vader's Codpiece has Skywalker foresight.
