PT Favorite new species featured in the PT?

One thing I've noticed about Gungans and Ewoks is that the Gungans fight in a traditional battle of standing armies and lose and the Ewoks use guerrilla warfare tactics and win. When you think about it in a real world context a lot of peoples that were conquered by the Europeans initially fought them with large standing armies and lost, but later on these conquered peoples used guerrilla warfare tactics to ware down and defeat their colonial overlords.

 

Of the listed options, I'd have to go with Geonosians. The insect/hive aspect plus their fighting tactics make them more menacing and creepy to me. (As in the scene where Anakin and Padme try to sneak into the foundry and the Geonosians warriors literally crawl off the walls to attack them. Ugh, heebie-jeebies!)

I chose Other for two other characters: Sebulba of the Dug, very interesting physical design and physical motivation. Wasn't there also a Dug driving a speeder on Coruscant that Anaking zipped past in the speeder chase in AOTC?

And last but not least, Wat Tambor of the Techno Union. Very interesting design combination but anyone who speaks like or akin to Soundwave from Transformers gets automatic bonus points/love from me.

Yeah, I forgot Wat Tambor. He immediately became my favorite CIS Council member when I saw AOTC. Just a cool ass design and suit.

 

I'd have to go with the Zabrak. Maul was instantly a favorite. Love his physical appearance and intensity.

My second would be the Nexu.

 

Neimoidians or Dathomirians

 

Like Martians straight out of a 1950s pulp novel. I absolutely love them.

Should have been included on the poll considering we got 1 Sith lord and 2 Jedi masters from this species in the films

 

Going with Kaminoans and Togrutas.

 

Aside from the obvious...

The Kaleesh. Just the design and idea of a skeletal lizard warrior race, it's cool.

I also like the unique anatomy of Dugs.
