And for those of you following my Marxism progress, I made it up to 850/3000 words today. I feel accomplished and kinda sorta know what I am doing. I could have done more, but the muse was getting hyperactive.

 

The hyperactive muse is the best muse - unless people are waiting on you to do work for their business and get money. Now, that's unpleasant.

Despite my weird half-headache all day (it is painful enough to be annoying, but I was still able to work on stuff as long as I lied down every few hours) I managed to get to 6326.

I was also able to get to 1550 on my Marx paper. Half way there with a week to go!

I'll update word totals tomorrow. I'd better get horizontal again.

I've been scared to visit challenge threads because I have been so busy with existing fics, but just looked in here to see what it is about.

With my time zone, compared to the Boards; a single day of colours would go by in a blink of an eye, or I could miss it totally. So if I somehow breach 10,000 words before the end of the month, I will suddenly sign in to claim my 48 hours of colours!

But alas, between three projects and the three-paragraph nub of a just started fourth, I'm only at 4842...

6832 new words for me today (I think I just set a personal record for a single day) for a grand total of 20090.

 

Wow. I'm not sure if I could physically do half that in a single day.

Marxism is putting me to sleep. I'm trying to decide if I should take a day off, work on my fic, and try extra hard tomorrow, or continue on my goal of 300 words a day.

 

Well, my brain is totally fried now. I was planning to review a few fics tonight, because I let them pile up again, but I don't think I can manage that. I've been on the laptop non-stop since 8 am, with just a couple of loo breaks and a sandwich for lunch.

Wasn't my intention to join till I got 10,000 but I suppose I'm here now. Maybe I'll be lucky and get on during my one day of colours.

 

I'm sorry, but when you post here with a word-count, I'm KINDA going to assume you want to be signed up.

I got a good 1000+ words in today, bringing my total up to 7400. I doubt I'll break the 10,000 word mark, given that it's a short month, but I'm going to try. 325 words per day shouldn't be too hard. BUT I have no clue where I am going, which might be a problem.

And, on the paper front, I did managed to get to my 1800 mark (keeping me on track for 300 words per day).
