There are LOTS and LOTS of SW troopers in Florida. We are always giving each other good ideas and bad advice.
You should post on the forum nearest to you and see what happens. I am sure you will find an outpouring of help.
I made my wife a TIE Fighter outfit, so in a moment of shear exploitation instead of ordering her a regular zoom bag, I got her a dive skin for a flight suit. She has the curves for it. I am glad she didn't kill me. But none the less She loves it so I am a happy llittle costumer.
I love the Fem-trooper. First say the armor on Richies Armor website. I swear it's the finest thing I have ever seen.

Well, I've got some new pics on my website that is in my signature. I finally took some pics with my costumes on. My slave is finished, my sith has one more finishing detail that is a surprise for later and I'm almost done with Ceremonial Leia. Please let me know what you think!

Mirax H, your costumes are all fantastic. I especially like the sith one. The jewelry turned out really well for the ceremonial costume, looks like the real thing on!!
But where is your face??!! :)

I'm just a bit skeptical about posting my picture on the internet, never know who's going to do something weird with it. Nor do I want any weirdos knowing who I am. Just me being paranoid, lol.

And for those of you how don't like spoilers, don't check out Dayda's post. I thought she was talking about my costumes but it was Padme's costumes. Fortunately I figured it out before seeing anything.

Congrats Mirax!! Your costumes look fabulous!! :) Your slave-dancer is awesome, and Ceremonial Leia is beautiful so far! The organza will look great! I'm completely convinced that Premo Sculpey is the way to go for jewelry and adornments now. **laugh** And I'm going to keep that catsuit pattern in mind. A couple of the Phoenix people have talked about doing a catsuit for their costumes. Like sg said, you're going to have a blast wearing them!!

If they can't find lycra for it, I know a great place to find just about any kind of lycra. It was the only place I could find wet look. And it was super easy to sew this pattern.

Oh, yes, I am anxiously awaiting a good photo of that wedding dress.

The lines of it look quite simple, which leads me to think (hope) that this is one of those gowns where the details make the outfit.

Of course, that could translate into hours of embroidery for anyone wanting to do this costume, but... it's worth it, right? :)

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Did they actually make a Lumyna (spell) action figure from the Marvel comics series? I thought I was the last one who even had those comics...

That placecard looks fan made however...

But costume makers beware... if you dont go as slave Leia or Hoth Leia, do NOT go the opposite extreme and go as something that only 3 people have ever heard about. You will spend the entire convention explaining yourself over and over. It has happened to me and it sucks. Lumyna was better than average as a comic villian, but a relative unknown in this day and age.

Still if you choose to go, at least one person will recognize you.. ;)

But there is nothing wrong with 20 slave leias showing up. Everytime I see them, they are treated like royalty. Great way to meet guys. Its the job of a female to show up in a pleasing costume.

Ugh, men are disgusting. I could wear the bikini and look great in it (I'm a size 6), but there is no way I would give any pig like him the satisfaction of seeing me in it.

    SPOILERS:

The top two are Padme in a pilot's uniform. How do I know this? Hasbro is releasing a "Pilot Padme" action figure. It's the same costume that the rest of the pilots wear.
