    argh! we'll have to think!

a friend and i allegedly agreed to take a look at the comic fair on saturday and do girly things and going to the gallery of costume. if she fancies watching the movie and /or the curry, we are fine and mellow. if not, we are screwed.

sorry. i don't mean to tease, it's just that weekends seem to be booked a lot :(

how about we have our curry on the weekend when maggy comes? can't we combine these things?

well, apparently my friend is open to anything, so we could combine the curry, costume gallery and comic fair thing? and the movie? i don't know if she'll stick around for the movie anyway... when will the times be out for the weekend?

saturdays off should by definition not be wasted :)

oh, and my friend is a SW fan as well. and firefly/serenity.

Well if you've got plans already, I don't really want to spoil them for you. The Maggy meet is the week after so it's not like we'll have the chance to do something.

But if your friend is a Star Wars fan, you should get her to join the board :)

we met here :D she's no longer active, though.

i'm not sure how you could spoil our plan as i was stupid enough to assume that the gallery of costume would be open on saturday which it's not (gah!) and so there's already some spoiling going on and i have never seen you spoil anything :p

if you feel like doing stuff, you're welcome to come along :)

I could go Saturday, and I think Tim's interested too but money is tight at the moment and I want to save for the big meet.

I won't be, tho looking at the times I'd say the Sat one would be a lot better - difficult enough trains are on Sundays.

If u wanted to go see a film, would u want to visit Wagamama's afterwards?

Had a good day on Sat :D Thanks Martina [:D]
Alatriste was quite an impressive film, Viggo was a
Think if we were to do Wagamama's as a group tho, we'd have to book it in advance, the place was packed just after 5pm and we were lucky to get seated so quickly, there was a queue when we left.

Coz - do you want to see 300 soon? I have already seen it on Sat, but I don't mind seeing it again. I guess weekend itself is out (I need to keep Friday and Sat free for the mo due to work people maybe doing stuff), but I am fine to see it on Monday - would you want to come up to Southport. That would be Monday April 2nd. Anyone else? It is a gory "hack and slash" historical movie, so people who aren't into that sort of thing best leave it.

I'm not too bothered about it, heard mixed reviews about it 300. Is it worth seeing?
If I do come up, next Monday would be fine.

Was 300 worth seeing? I'd say yes :p But it's not everyone's cup of tea. But I could see that movie over and over again.

The film season is hotting up over the next few weeks - are going to see some films???

    Some that stand out ...
    20/04 - Pathfinder
    20/04 - The Reaping
    04/05 - Spider-Man 3
    11/05 - 28 Weeks Later
25/05 - Pirates Of The Caribbean 3: At World's End

    Here's a list that I hope is right - 2007 Films

I enjoyed 300. It was just there to give us loads of blood and silly special effects, but that's exactly why I liked it.
