Five EU/Legends Characters You Would Like to See Incorpeoated into the new Disney Canon

The EU may be separate from the new canon, but there is plenty of source material there with great characters and excellent stories. Name a few characters you would like to see inserted into the new canon.

Noghri Death Commandos. It was said that they served Vader, so I'd love to see that.

I have a feeling that other, better known and more popular EU characters like Revan, Thrawn, Mara Jade and Kyle Katarn (which I personally love) will be incorporated in the new canon sooner or later.

 

Get me Ron Perlman as Bomo and I'll jump with joy.

 

You mean as his voice actor? Sure, that would be cool. But IF Bomo is ever brought on TV or movies, he'll have to be a CG character.

 

Honestly, I don't think there's much that could be incorporated from the EU PT-FOTJ...but prior to the PT...oh, the possibilities.

Darth Bane is canon already

 

He's only been mentioned, briefly, in TCW. His actual backstory as described in the Bane Trilogy is no longer canon.

 

I would love to see Knights of the Old Republic characters in the New Canon, particularly Kreia, HK-47, Atton Rand, Mira and Canderous Ordo.
While I doubt there will ever be an official KotOR 3, it would be cool to get some novels or comics that flesh out the fates of some of the core cast whom were ignored by TOR and the Revan novel.
I also think Gar Stazi would fit really well in the Sequel Trilogy era given the state of the galaxy shown in TFA. He would obviously have to be tweaked a little bit to fit the ST storyline, but I think his character could easily be adapted into the ST era while keeping the traits that make him recognizable.

 

I would love to see Mara Jade retconned as the daughter of Obi-Wan and Satine, and Luke and her only met briefly, in which they conceived Rey. I'm really hoping that she ends up being a Skywalker, and I think that would be such an awesome way to present her.
