Five EU/Legends Characters You Would Like to See Incorpeoated into the new Disney Canon

Didn't the Aftermath Trilogy make a reference to Durga? So, maybe...

 

None actually, I would prfer Disney going 100 percent their own way and not try to half way go their own way and the other half be a somewhat watered down ledgends. They have characters like Rea Sloane so they don´t need Pealleon in there, that was just pure fanservice.
If any Ledgends characters I would perfer obscure ones, that ledgends never fleshed.

 

That book deserves more love than it gets.

And I really did crack up when I got to the Madine/Sulamar encounter.

 

Just one for now: Joruus C'baoth. Or at least his template, Master Jorus C'baoth. A minor Clone Wars appearance wouldn't be too much to ask.

Luceno gave him some very strong character development. His narcissism and fall to the dark side foreshadowed Joruus brilliantly.

I'd bring in the Yuzzhan Vong mostly for laughs and to see the worldships on the big screen.

I would also bring in Aleema and Satal Keto of the Krath Holy Crusade from Tales of the Jedi. The Krath always seemed like good non-Sith dark side villains: basically, overprivileged college kids playing with magic they don't understand. I could see potential for them as a villain on the big screen.

I would like to see Thrawn show what a competent FO/GE officer looks like, and watch him terrorize the Republic/Resistance until Rukh stabs him or something. Maybe the Republic can convince him to defect by opening diplomatic relations with the Chiss homeworld and thus truly "outsmarting" him.

Its impossible now, but I've always wanted to see Korriban (the true canon Sith homeworld) and the "culture of the Sith" on the big screen in a Game of Thrones (before it sucked) way. I'd want to see a real, earnest Jedi get corrupted by the Sith, and even see an episode or movie from their perspective (kinda like Generation Kill, but less serious).

I would introduce the Ssi-Ruuvi and treat them as a scary non-Dark Side enemy. In a way, they and the Vong are the "Borg of Star Wars".
