Alright.. so if I'm heading on the central line, then I transfer at Bank and go on the Northern Line to Camden Town.. right?

And then which direction do I go? On which street? Is it north? on.. uh which street?

Depends where you are coming from on the Central. If you are coming from Ealing B'way, then I'd change at Tottenham Court Rd, and take a northbound Northern line train that goes on the Barnet stretch of track.

 

Which road is.. let's say. Cyber Dog on?

Basically get out the tube station, turn right down the main street and keep going, past Camden Lock... and on your leftt you should see an un-iviting brick wall with a sign saying 'Camden Stables' or 'Stables market' as it might be called

Cyberdog is in there

 

That map has a list of all the shop and markets that are on the 3 main streets. You should find enough to keep you amused. I find, generally aimlessly wandering around is the best way to explore somewhere though.
