Slightly OT but since the movie was mentioned in this thread
My son (who is 20) rented Harold and Kumar go to White Castle so I watched it last night just to see what the big deal was.
I had to wash out my eyes with bleach afterwards
Oh Doogie how far you have fallen, LOL!

I've found it most helpful if you take at least two or three people with you to Buca di Beppo. Just too much food for one person. Everything's a la carte, but it's all delicious. Best to share!

Buca di Beppo is really nice for a larger group. I've been the one in Arizona and liked it alot. :)

Hmmm, White Castle in Indy? I may just have to check it out. ;) :)

White Castle is good if u want to clean out your system, u don't want to wait in an autograph line, with white castles in you system, unless your Harold and Kumar. The Bucca De Bepo, sounds like a great idea, im from Chicago, and i go to one over here, and they are not stingy with their food.

The Castle cleans the system out all right, there was a thread here about personal hygene. I promise if I hit the castle to maintain my gastric responses when with in smelling distance of another conventioneer.

I am originally from Chicago, rght about now I would kill for a Mr. Beef Italian Beef!!!!

Perhaps the 7 year-old is a girl and he's hoping to inspire her future career choice. [face_mischief]

I was just trying to point out there was no mention the child was a male! Just wanted people to stop & think. I didn't actually think there were too many fathers who hoped their daughter would grow up to be a Hooter's waitress. Of course we are talking about star war's fans! ;)

Man I even spelled Career wrong!

I did get the idea that you wanted everyone to stop and think, actually that is why I left the Red Garter Comment. I saw a girl walking out of a store a while back, couldnt have been more than 11, with her family, her skin tight t-***** said "Porn Star" on it. Its good to have such high expectations at such a young age!

I live in Indy. If there is something you want, you can probably get it within 10 blocks. If you can't get it, you don't want it.

I don't know about S&S, but PF Chang's is literally right around the corner. My friends and I walked out of the convention center around lunch time, ate, and walked right back. It's literally one block away. <<

Missed PF Chang's last time, but the one here has one of the three the best Chinese my husband and I've eaten
in Richmond (and hubby's a wok expert--he has one and does wok cooking). They have this tea we love and still can't find anywhere else.
On any sushi I'd be interested--I'm a sushi addict-something my husband can't understand. Of course, I eat raw oysters too and clams and all, but with only my son will eat with me, can't get the husband too. No raw fish or things with brains and such intact.
I would recommend the shake at Steak and Shakes--that was one of the best ever I ever had three years ago when was at C3. I plan to get one, along with my hsuabdn--we love shakes anyway. Decent ones anyway.
    JMD
PS Thanks about the Italian place--since staying at Days Inn for one night Tuesday will go there for dinner. Be our belated anniversary dinner.

Does anyone know if the Claddagh Pub is okay for a family to have dinner in or is it more of a bar? We really like the look of the menu, but didn't notice any children's menu and our son will be with us. Any idea?

    Thanks!
