Today the MCC made an announcement to their members regarding the Grand Final. You should take note Mixo, it went something vaguely like this:

Members planning on attending the Grand Final this year are advised to organise their own catering for the day. Members will be allowed to bring a hamper or similar picnic arrangement for the day, dependant on a check at the door. This announcement is due to the confirmation last week that there will definitely be no pies at the Grand Final this year.
