Events Forum Feud 20th Anniversary Edition: Yub, Yub Commander, the Dancing Ewoks are the JC Champions!!!

July is the 20th Anniversary of the Jedi Council Forums and as part of the celebration, we're playing Forum Feud. It's like the American gameshow Family Feud but instead of pitting family against family, we're doing forum against forum. (If you don't know the gameshow you can find clips on youtube.)

This was previously done for the 12th Anniversary and it was a lot of fun, so we're bringing it back.

The EUC can have up to 2 teams of five to represent us and each team can also have a couple of alternates if you want to possibly participate but not play a full part of the game. Each team will need a Team Captain, a name, a slogan and team colors which each team can decide on for themselves once teams have been assigned. Teams will be assigned by EUC staff.

Signups are only a week so if you want to play, get in quick and represent us against the other forums!

Must be complete by Noon PST Friday July 13. The game will be slated to start sometime on Monaday July 16.

So you're saying... either @Bardan_Jusik has to wear non-Mando colours ( ) OR we make other mods wear ridiculous colours? Look, I'm not saying we bring back the EUC's love of ewoks and Janson-inspired ridiculousness, but the team I'm on definitely needs to be ewok-themed

Given that I moderate at least three separate teams (could be double that if sign up sheets fill up) I am basically guaranteed to lose somewhere. It just not better be because of any of you lot. And if you do your shebs theme again, you had better win.

Five per team, staff will select the teams (if we have enough for a full two) probably based on fanclub lines so as to enhance competition between the two and to potentially offer additional incentives pertaining to just the EUC. Each team would choose their own leader, team name and colors though.

In any case, right now the EUC has enough for one team so I'm rather pleased with that. Still folks have until Friday to sign up, so do so if you're interested. If you know someone that might be interested, encourage them to sign up. We want as many teams playing as possible throughout the forums as this looks to be rather a bit of fun.
