Hi ...From a Galaxy, Far Far Away...

Greetings, from the exotic and incredibly mysterious farmlands of Ohio.

I chose a ridiculous name, so you can refer to me as ‘Maras” if you so choose. Clearly I have a bias towards the infamous red-headed assassin-to-Jedi. The EU was an escape during a rather depressing middle school phase. And now that I’m in my thirties and find myself in a season of “what now?”... I find myself going back to it like an old comforting friend. The Original Trilogy is the only trilogy that I acknowledge in my life, but I won’t be a turd about it. I love meeting new people!

Currently I am a receptionist at a company, I do a lot of artsy stuff in my free time, and I’m currently exploring opening a paper art shop on Etsy. I write, draw, act, sing... bleh, bleh,bleh. Always looking for lucrative ventures, if anyone wants to join forces, send me a message.

I’ll probably hang around the EU and Mara fanclubs. But I would love to converse with creatives... maybe even start a Star Wars Fashion thread, for artists to design for our favorite heroes, villains, and every creature in between.

I dream about the return of Mara too.

 

I would love that... but I fear that Disney is only going to do it if they think bringing her back is their idea, rather than caving to fans.
