Well, that settles that.

(Though I would like to point out that people survive explosions all the time in the real world so it wouldn't have been that unbelievable if she had lived, especially if she still had some injuries...certainly not more so than Maul getting cut in half, falling a great distance presumably into a reactor, and ending up on another planet, all without medical attention as far as can be guessed giving no one knew he lived)

 

Surely there's a petition to keep her alive. Where do I sign?

 

I was going by how the character comes out in full makeup/costume, Garza still the champ imo. I’m not into the yellow/green skin stuff

 

The bomb goes off right in front of her. If she survived, and Vanth survived, then Favreau and Filoni are afraid of upping the stakes. And I don’t think they are. They killed Kuiil, after all. And now Jennifer Beats has confirmed it. Though…the writers could always change their minds.

And before the ignorant wants to compare that to Master with the Jedi - that term indicates skill level, not rulers.

And her character is definitely dead.

 

Characters we like (in this case, I really liked her) can die. It’s OK. We can let go and move forward.

She's super dead. I wish they made a different editing choice and I felt they moved too fast to the next scene, but here we are in nitpicking territory.

She needs to have a more emotional moment than what we got. Quickly cutting away to CGI Luke....

But I think she will on Wednesday. I expect they'll visit the ruins of the cantina.

She served to expand the world of Mos Espa, as usual fans expect much more from these peripheral characters, giving them importance more that their actual purpose within the story..
