    Losing Hyman was inevitable. That term and money? Bye Felicia. I like Nick Ritchie and Petr Mrazek makes a pretty good goal tending tandem. What we do with Morgan Rielly will be interesting. What CBJ got for Seth Jones was crazy. I know we're in win now mode, but considering we might take a step back this season some assets for the future would be nice. Hopefully Sandin will be a player and McDermott and Holl continue to flourish.

    @heels1785 Totally agree on Buchnevich and DeAngelo. Why did Drury trade that kid? DeAngelo getting effed up is self explanatory.

    What is going on with these defensive contracts? Jones, Werenski, and Hamilton? Those are going to be albatrosses in a few years IMO

    Just send them to Quebec City, resurrect the Nordiques, and watch their attendance go from one of the worst in the league to one of the best.

    rick jeanneret to retire as the voice of the sabres. he's scaled back his work over the last few years, but leaves as one of the most iconic voices in the history of the game.

    had a really good buddy with whom i watched a ton of sabres games, so i've littered this thread with his videos of his best stuff over the last too many years. but once more, including the painful ones as a rangers fan lol. "may day," "top shelf where momma hides the cookies," "la-la-la-la-la-lafontaine," "now do you believe! now do you believe!," etc. too many great calls to count.

    as much as I would have hated seeing him in a caps shirt, it is supremely unfair that henry doesn't get to go out on his own terms.
