Since the 13th is my birthday, and Joseph and Adam will all be able to make it, and we don't really need an excuse to have a party...

Let's all get together and have a good time:

Saturday April 14th
Sometime in the early evening, 5 or 6 for a start
Meet in front of the York...
We can have dinner, maybe see a movie, maybe just hang out.

So, who can make it?

Thanks Mike, it will be nice to see you again... It's a pity that real life gets in the way of getting together more often.

 

People are posting on the board, but seem to be ignoring this thread. Why is that?

 

Not ignoring it Adam, just still waiting to find out what you all are doing other than meeting at the usual time. I'll send him a second ICQ.

 

Well, I figure we'll probably see a movie at one of the nearby theaters but I figured I'd keep that open until we are there.

The only set plan is to meet in front of the york at 6 pm. After looking at the movies I'm not sure what the best bet is, but Spy Kids is playing at Y&E, TAILOR OF PANAMA, THE is playing at Canada Square, and Bridget Jones is playing at York I. I think panama is favoured by the group here right now, but we'll take a vote when we are all there.

 

what's Tailor of Panama and THE about

 

Personally, I'd be far more interested in either Bridget Jones's diary or spy kids than the Thomas Crown affai--er, I mean the Tailor of Panama.

Oh, and expect Leah and I there tonight, if we're gonna be late we'll let ya know David.

 

Good call Sandwich, I ended up seeing Tailor of Panama tonight and it wasn't that great. Not bad certainly, but not great. A bit of a strange style to it too.

Anyhow David is tired and will stop posting now.

It was actually a clever remark on behalf of myself. I noticed the comma between "Tailor of Panama" and "THE," and thus, jokingly, thought it indicated a second movie.
