....finally coming back after getting over TLJ. After almost 7 months of processing what I watched and a bluray release (and I still haven't seen Solo because I'm still processing The Last Jedi......seriously. what movie makes someone sit back this long and say not even in the form of a question...."what...")
...the boards have descended to this? Freakin' Christ people. ITS A MOVIE. Get over yourself. When you have Chorus (a former 3SA Knight of Sarcasm) posting a TL\DR post about reactions...

I'm half tempted to ask for a locked thread for a personal rant thread about not being able to separate fiction from reality. Because that is becoming a very real problem in society.



and I should probably feel like an Ass (not a bad word even in this PC culture. It means donkey/jackass) because we've all probably moved on from this **** last February.

Teen carjackers flee when they realize the car they're trying to steal has a manual transmission

On their second attempted carjacking Wednesday, two teenage boys came face to face with the most frightful and insurmountable of obstacles, according to police.
A manual transmission.

Moments earlier, the 15-year-old and 17-year-old had taken the car keys from a woman walking through a parking lot to a Kroger grocery store in Nashville, Tennessee, police said in a press release on Thursday. Then the teenagers hopped in her car.
But a few seconds later, the pair apparently realized the car had a stick shift, meaning they weren’t going to be able to drive off with it, according to Nashville police.
So the pair did what those who are unable to drive stick have done since the dawn of the automatic transmission — they ran away from the daunting vehicle, police said.

Sooo...halfway through August already. Football and American Football are back. I feel like this year has flown by.

 

The Packers are on my tv tonight. And there was much rejoicing.

 

NEW Star Wars Resistance TRAILER!

 

Animation style is much better than TCW, and also better than Rebels. Never warmed to that video game aesthetic for animated shows.

Ezra 2.0, on the other hand? Not so great. Here's to hoping they for some reason chose only his most annoying moments for the trailer...
