Right there are a few of us here (Me included) need to get out more, how about we start getting together in the new year and finally getting our own chapter under way

It would be great to have an official Welsh chapter.

That it would be good for them to be official, they hold they're own meets. Have a city rep etc for the Welsh board

 

Well whats happening then? Any news on meets? Anything?

 

When you become official you get your own CR (look at Turr_Phennir and Sebulba_Sloan), icon, colour scheme, banner and link to your website, if you have one.

 

My sister;s moving to Swansea so if meets are around there I can easily combine the meet & visiting my sister

 

Well I am in Carmarthen so I can make it to Swansea.

 

Right then it seams we have something going here .

Lets have some ideas of what people want to do and we will start to organise some dates and activities

 

Swansea's far too distant for me - I'm afraid Cardiff and surrounding areas is my limit unless something particularly exciting is happening

 

Come on Terra! I think (not entierly sure) that the distance from Carmarthen to Swansea is near to Swansea to Cardiff. But I'm not sure. Ah well if you can't make it. Does not matter.

 

Well im from newport, and i have no trouble getting to cardiff and back. however, swansea is a different matter entirely.... allthough i am sure i could make it there.

Oh yea, does anyone in Wales have a star wars costume? the only one ive seen is the Scout trooper in that Star wars stall in newport shopping center, and ive seen a stormtrooper, royal guard and a boba fett there once too.

Hopefully i can get my TIE pilot costume started and finished soon enough.

 

Yeah i have a full Jedi Costume, i speak to these blokes all the time they do Starwars Parties and Have people dressed up making an apperance

There is talk they might have Jeremy Bulloch there in April

Hmm, you seem to know those blokes at the star wars stand, do you know if that tie pilot helmet has gone yet? i wanted to get it but im strapped for cash.

 

Last time i spoke to them i dont think it had, but i havent see them for a week or so

give us the E mail address and ill sent the photos, its only of the robless costume but i should have a full costume pic soon
