    It took me a long time to remember but I know who it was. Mike Nawrocki. The voice of Larry the Cucumber from Veggietales. I was an extremely weird kid.

    Sticks & Wires & Cloth, by Anne Hopkins. She bought a biplane (guess what it's made of) and flies around in it. Not very exciting, but real and relaxing to me.

    Sleeping is pretty good, but Archery is my focus relaxation. I go into a zone, the world is gone and its just me, the bow, the arrow and the target. Then someone says something funny and it's gone. Gotta be honest I enjoy the funny stuff on the line, makes light of what we do. Even had one of the guys do the 'Robin Hood - Prince of Thieves' thing where he blew in my ear.........still hit the target but gee there was some laughter.



    Is there a task you love to do because it makes you focus?

    Swordplay is like that, you have to be totally focused on your opponent. Landing an airplane also takes a lot of concentration. But both of those tasks go better if you're relaxed while you're doing them.


    How do you maintain focus while staying relaxed?

    Shut out the world around me, well I try too, but when you have teens shooting with you saying stuff that is without a doubt funny it gets tough. :p

    Sign language, I watch my daughter have conversations with her partial deaf husband and they do it across a room!! I'd love to learn it.

    Yes, I have. At summer camp, I have had it for lunch and for dinner though thankfully not on the same day.

    Also AP US History cause I had an incredible teacher. He was a genius.

    Easy, mobile phones. And I was born before beepers were used as well. Hard to imagine once upon a time not all that long ago having to run to the nearest landline (or a payphone) to call someone.
