Social Getting To Know You Thread... What Did You Do Yesterday?

Dealt with a brief power outage, but other than that, nothing.

 

Went meteorite hunting my job until I get another one. Found an old hermits house then an another amazing discovery....

Flew aerial combat kicked a few Imperial rears in another game...

 

I worked for 7.5 hours yesterday and drove home in 40 minutes of traffic. Ha! Top that @Rey No One (you thought your day was so cool).

 

Lol...It always seems greener on the other side of the fence.

Have to go to flea market Saturday to find things to sell or the game is over...Like everyone else have bills. Very graceful for the things I have My car the mechanic said was amazing..Never seen such up keep...Well I work a lot to keep it that way.

Have to run make a day...Fun reading this thread.

 

Got glasses for the first time, went over to a friend's house, and was really sick all day until I woke up at 3 am 85% better although unable to fall back asleep... So I stayed awake until 6, researched random diseases on my phone and played the same song 120 time.... Odd day, really....

 

Another day out in the Field. Its hot weedy mind numbing work...

The mod said it was OK to do a blog link. Would just have more pictures more details. Also it helps to keep one focused and on top of things...Think we need others to help us to keep going to stay encouraged.

Saw Christopher Robin, relaxed, then watched the 2016 version of The Magnificent Seven.

 

Yesterday......ah yes. Yesterday I busied myself with drawing dancing Ewoks and Dancing Wookiees (because, who wouldn't?). Hung out on the forums, ate Gozleme (turkish pide ) and started to reread Vortex (fotj series).

 

Drove around doing errands, buying groceries, and still no engine warning light. But I didn't push it hard either, so I'm not ready to declare it fixed until I do that, maybe tomorrow.

 

Went for another run, a little longer, almost half my normal healthy distance. No pain, and I'm starting to believe my foot is fully healed. Now I just have to get back in shape without injuring it again.

 

At home with the family, so yesterday went to Farmer's Market, bbq'd, watched Holy Grail.

 

Another day another drama drama...

Bugs heat and weeds. Some places can't even see more than 5 feet in front of me.

Did find something interesting...Might do a blog.

 

Back at it...Want do a control burn of 400 acres....To bad we weren't out West they burn hundreds of acres at a time..

A little smoke cloud diverting major air traffic so what...

 

Went to the beach and I think I got a sunburn around my right ankle because while it doesn't hurt it itches like crazy.

Went to a concert by soprano, piano, and clarinet. A little artsy for my taste, but obviously they are very talented musicians.

 

I totally forget what I did yesterday....

 

Spent the weekend in Washington visiting my parents and going with them to some museums. Kids had fun. Museum on the second day (Museum of Flight next to Boeing's assembly plant) was having a Festival of Flight, got to see some Apollo artifacts, a rock from the moon, tons of classic planes (including the actual Air Force One plane my husband flew on the summer he was a George H W Bush intern) saw the US Navy's Blue Angels FA-18s do some tricks, and a local R2 builder's club was at the festival, the kids got to meet Artoo and Chopper.
