okay i'll start. i think just about all my favourite everythings are something gingery. it's a really great spice.

The last lot of gingerbread I had was from a gluten free kit that I brought when I tried to go gluten free for a while.

.... I found a pre-made gingerbread kit hiding in the back of the cupboard from December. The Best Before said April 2020 but time is a delusion, lunch time doubly so.

It was very tasty. And made in Ukraine, if I read the back of the box correctly.

All seriousness though, would you recommend using ginger to help people with migraines? I knew several who had them and I recommended ginger ale and it worked for them. But would the actual ginger root help more?

 

I'm no doctor, but I would assume the root would be more affective.
