Just got back in from looking around at some shops and thought I'd mention one of the deals I saw.

Zellers has a deal on Lego on now, until Friday Nov 1st. Buy one set, get 1/2 off a second of equal or lesser value. Not too shabby.

 

I was at the Zellers at Warden and Finch on Saturday and their EpII figures were on sale for something like 5.97$

 

Does ANYONE have a US FF Weequay or US FF Sandtrooper for trade or for sale? Or know anyone that wants to sell it or trade it?

PLMK so i can complete my collection.

 

Man, following this thread is harder that waltzing with a porcupine. Jeff, the Storm cans were only found in the southern US. Canada had 20 Episode 1 cans. I have tons if you need them. Just let me know what you need.

The Storm cans were marketed in specific cities in the US. If you want to see what the other Episode 1 Pepsi cans look like, you can check them out on my my TPM can page.

besides the lego outlet can anyone tell me how to get ahold of the lego SW characters,WITHOUT having to buy entire playsets, i know they exist as i've seen one lonley package at the SS with Han, Luke and Boba Fett

Actually I'm very happy with them. It is Bell Canada I hate. Perhaps you should blame Audiovox for your troubles? (Back when I was looking at phones, one of the telus employees seemed to think very poorly of that phone -- now I know why.)

Re: Lego minifigs

Nope, ya really can't buy them on their own, and thats the way Hasbro wants it. Hasbro makes figures, Lego makes building toys, and there is an understanding that the two will not overlap.

And yes, they did push it a few years back with the 3 figs sets.

That being said, there are small sets with multiple figs available and coming available. As well, check out www.bricklink.com
