Nah if he wants to make the most amount of money which he seemingly does. He capitalizes now. Makes me sick
Three white guys convicted of murdering a black man out jogging in Georgia. Jury rejected self defence. https://www.smh.com.au/world/north-...ahmaud-arbery-in-georgia-20211125-p59bxl.html The US is just so ****ed up it beggars belief.
The truly ****ed part is that probably the only reason it went to trial is a buddy of the defendants leaked footage of the incident because he thought it would vindicate them.

I wonder how many people will share that article then make inane complaints about AR-15s at the same time. Particularly interesting bit is the claims that the threat was known enough that kids were staying home. Though at this stage in coverage, really don't know if that's a reliable accusation. If it is, though, that reflects serious failings that could've otherwise made this preventable.
Seeing this report really hit me today. Instant sorrow, pain in my chest, fear for my school aged children. I'll never be numb to this. And I also know it's never going away. Which I hate more than anything, because I should be able to have hope. In most scenarios I can find hope, but this allowing citizens to own guns thing, is completely horrible.
Hearing a lot of rumors. But if even half of this is true it’s a complete failure on some people’s parts
Countdown to the Onion's latest version of the "'No Way To Prevent This,' Says Only Nation Where This Regularly Happens" article. Also countdown to our resident troll swooping in to talk about how awful this happened, and that Someone Should Do Something About The Problems, while not offering or supporting any real efforts to deal with this ****ing gun insanity in America.
This can’t have been the first mass shooting since the pandemic at a school. I feel sick from even typing that
**** this ****ing bull**** and **** anyone who supports it directly and anyone who supports it covertly by doing the passive-aggressive gaslighting bull**** of “that’s sad but…” and “thoughts and prayers.” They believe their “right” to own a homicide boom-boom stick as a toy and murder people they are afraid of, is more important than the lives of my children and everyone in their generation, and no “but…but…” or call for “nuance” can change that.
Yeah, it's not. There's also that depending on how it's defined, mass shootings went up, per stuff like this. Of course this gets into the whole 'definition' issue. But this plays into the school shooting fetishization that so many people have.
I don’t think we’ve come to grips with the toll on young people’s mental health the pandemic has had. I think 2022’s school shootings will be a lot worse than usual.
Was reading a New York Times article on the shooting today. Apparently there have been 650 mass shootings (4 injured or killed) this year. Yes being shot and killed is a statistically rare. However for those who are I don’t think they ****ing cared. Even if it was only 2 people who were shot and killed per year it would still be an issue.
This will never end. And it has nothing to do with the 2nd Amendment. The 2nd Amendment cannot account for the sick obsession Americans have with guns and their love to shoot "stuff".
I was thinking the same thing about that P.O.S. That ran over and murdered people in Wekusha. He was a career criminal that just cruised through a legal system that has been dumbed down to let repeat offenders carry on with their pathetic lives. Just wanted to throw that out there.
