Weenie lives!!!

 

I got my double set of EpIII-starship models in thursday Yarr!
The paintwork is just beginning, I've done a couple of red stripes (to see if they work or if I should leave them off) and the basic light grey.
After that I've been masking a few pieces with painter's tape to cover the lighter areas from the darker grey.

And as I said, being the freak I am, I have two of those beauties

 

The first model is complete
I'll upload pics atm, so there'll be a link in here at some point.

Heh heh... I'm arguing in Comms now that some threads, like this one, since they are established and losing their forum, should be allowed to convert to YJCC social threads.

Yes, it would be a shame if the thread happened to die off. My apologies for not being here for so long, my banner prevention method (or 'folded newspaper' as it's otherwise known) didn't quite provide the shielding I had desired.

Hmmm, then I'll try to pop in more often from now on then. Until activity picks up we'll go with a 'see-saw' effect shall we?

I like the idea of pie!! Let's make some! And donuts too! We haven't had donuts in here for a loooong time!

 

We could make a late birthday pie for ISD !

Well, unfortunately, for those that have not seen, the 3NS threads will be placed in the Archives. There to forever collect dust and never be posted in again, come the 19th when the forums merge into the PT threads.

So, it looks like it will be goodbye to the ESS thread.

Maybe we should create a sequelthread then in another place ...

 

I think that would be best seeing as we can't salvage this one
