    If you REALLY need a WYSIWYG, I'd use TinyMCE/FCKEditor. Yes, it is just a plugin commonly used for a website backend, but you can go to the TinyMCE/FCKEditor website and just copy/paste the content you want in there, and press the button that makes it spit out HTML. Best of all, its probably cleaner than Dreamweaver.
