kinda hard to explain without giving it away. I guess I would say its about Vader's hunt for Obi-wan after ROTS.

I guess this might go without saying, but if you haven't read Infinite Crisis yet, read it NOW! Steeped in DC history issue 3 was amazing. I was left amazed at least 3 different times. If you are a comic fan you owe it to yourself to read this book.

If you think #3 was amazing, wait till you read #4. Superboy-Prime is NUTS, and that's just one thing that was jaw dropping about it.

So NCJ, what do you think will come of the Flashes? Are all except Jay dead now? Is just Wally and his family? Bart? Is the speed force really gone? I've heard rumors that Mark Waid will write a new Flash series starring Bart...

I got no freakin' clue Although I'm sure that bart will be the new flash since they are cancelling Wally's series

They will be cancelling a lot of series with crisis. The current Flash series is one of those

I haven't read any of the Star Wars comics from Dark Horse, but I am reading a number of titles right now, they would be:

    1. Sin City (Frank Miller) - I'm almost done with the series
    2. Lots of HellBoy and BPRD (Mike Mignola)
    3. Concrete (Paul Chadwick)
    4. A number of smaller stories by the late Will Eisner

If you had to recommend an SW comic, what would it be? Some of the ones I've seen in local stores just weren't impressive from an artwork standpoint (which is one of the first things I look before purchasing).

I'll agree with Notclown-Joker. The latest "Star Wars: Purge" that just came out was great.

"Purge" was fantastic, and is actually a good companion to the "Dark Lord" novel as it really shows how Vader had to grow into his role as the super bad guy.

As for recommendations? Well, we're right in the middle of a major transition. Republic and Empire are about to end, and this Wednesday, Knights of the Old Republic debuts with #1. And eventually another new series called Rebellion (which is essentially a retitled Empire) will debut. So I'd just go with the new ones.

chiss_man> Thanks for the recommendations. I just picked up Purge today. I hadn't heard about the "Dark Lord" novel, who's the author?

Maybe I'll pick up KotR #1 and start that series fresh.

O.K. in this Infinite Crisis series, who is Conner Kent? I've followed Superman on and off through the years, but he was a new one to me.

What happened to the Superboy from the Reign of the Supermen? Is he the same guy?

    Any help is appreciated?

Conner is the same superboy from Reign. He is the clone of Superman and Lex.

I was never big into Superman/boy/dog/girl, but have you guys read "Red Son". This was the alternative history of Superman as if his spacecraft crashed in Russia, instead of the US midwest. I thought the whole idea of Superman as a Soviet superhero and cold war weapon was a fantastic idea! A very, very good read.

Great mini series with a cool toy line too. The second wave should be out in about 6 months.
