Hi Hi!!!

    Hey all, long time registrant first time poster.. You could say I'm a bit of a hard core Star Wars fan who happens to be on the good side of 40 (for now..) living in my study over in Western Australia...
    Forever I've been 'dicking' around with a Disney Infinity inspired animated short.. mostly incorporating Marvel & Star Wars along with select other game/pop culture characters.. It's like Matrix meets Wreck-It Ralph...
    My issue is I'm too ambitious and simply cannot complete what I want in a reasonable amount of time (I started this project in mid 2016) so I keep finding myself condensing the project.. first it was an animated short, then decided to shorten it into trailer format.. & now looks like I'm aiming at a small teaser in order just to get some sort of rendered release out before the end of the 2019!..
    Got lots of assets, just setting up scenes/streamliningu processes .. Plus refining my skills which has had me going back and redoing assets which I really need to keep to a necessary minimum..
    Anyway I'll leave it at that, I've dribbled enough here for now ☺

    Welcome @WUBBAWORWEE. That project sounds quite ambitious! Good luck with it. There's a lot of very creative people on the boards, though, I'm not one of them. But let us know how we can help!

    Wow, like WOW mate!! You are an ambitious one. And Which is the GOOD side of 40? Pretty sure you can find guidance and help here. If you need help getting around this place, pretty sure we can find someone to guide you.......or even speak Aussie slang to ya!! Welcome mate!

    Welcome! Good luck with the project, and keep us posted! With any creative endeavour, your main enemy is going to be self-doubt, as you've probably experienced for yourself. So, don't! Belieeeeeeve in yourself, and the project. You can do it. =D

    At 52 I am thinking this is the good side as the kids are grown up and I am free to pursue my own passions!!! :D

    At some age less that hers (but just barely) my body is slowing down, which I dont appreciate. But the idea of empty nesting keeps me going. So yes, the goodside of 40 is also the high side of that decade. :D Welcome btw @WUBBAWORWEE
