I feel like I should do that to my Mom, sadly I cannot really do so.

 

Eh, already talked to her about it, and she's very resistant to the idea. So hopefully her reduced time outside will be enough. Otherwise she really has too many comorbidities.

 

Well, I'm siding with them. While your job is pretty important right now, you're pretty important, too! Although you should be able to go outside & get some fresh air; very important to stay healthy. I've built an afternoon break into my telework day to walk around the block. Some air & exercise, and not many other people around.

 

Yes! Outdoors! So many people think "self isolating" is indoors. Maybe if you've got COVID-19. But if you're just trying to not get it by social distancing, go in your back yard. It makes the problem so much easier.

I went outdoors this weekend. Would've set up my pergola if I wasn't expecting 4" of snow today. Next weekend! Definitely!
