How do I get a signature?

I'm new here as you can see, but I'm just curious how you set a signature or what is needed to get the feature.

 

If you click the drop-down arrow to the right of your username at the top right hand corner of the page, right under 'Personal Details' will be 'Signature' on the drop-down, and this is where you can edit your signature!
