Well done. I won't mind the occassional small amount of pink, but usually I like my meat browned and grey throughout (though a crispy chared black top adds extra taste.)
Nice, Bill... good to know you're keeping your meat nice and succulent. I'd normally be in the office now, but working from home due to a tube strike... think I might knock my meat around a bit in the kitchen.
Exactly why to leave it untrimmed. The extra fat contains lots of flavor too. Does anyone else like some nice pungent cheese on their meat too? I used my phone. Beware.pf.typos.
