Pensivia I see we share not only taste in men but also music! It's been a lovely day here today, lots of sun but not too hot - that's why I love early autumn!
Snow on the ground here in NE Ohio. Not snowing today, but Sunday they are calling for snow again. Hadn't driven anywhere in a few days, so when I went outside last night to go to community band practice, I had to chip some ice off my car that was under the snow, and the snow had melted a little on the top layer. Temperature: just below freezing.
We got 4 inches of snow the day before yesterday. Still patches of snow here and there. It was a beautiful cloudless day out here. It was just kinda cold at about 30 degrees and kinda breezy. I'm tired of the cold and the snow. I am so ready for the spring and summer weather to get here.
Since it was a bit too warm for winter the last weeks, I'm happy that it's that cold (0°C) and snowy now. But I know what you mean, Spirit, and I'm pretty sure that I will think otherwise in about two weeks.
I live in California, so we get to sit back and LOL at the rest of the country. We are having a delightful little rainstorm.
Here it's the same. Today everyone did their food shopping in the morning hours. It was crowded like hell. Guess you're from Europe, ObsGryphon?
Skiara, nope. SE Asia. It's like getting a heat blast in the face every time you step outside. It rained in the morning. Blessed relief.
Asia? It's the heat that you get every year at this time, right? In Europe there's a heat wave atm. It's summer, so it fits, but it's a lot warmer than usually!
Minus? Finally? Nice! I heard that it was unbelievable warm for winter the last weeks. Like it was in Germany. Temperature is falling here as well. It's about 4C though and sunny.
What does ND stands for? North Dakota, IamZam? I'm from Europe and I'm not that familiar with those abbreviations. But it sounds cooooolllldd! [face_hoth]
Ah, thanks, IamZam! Here the weather got slightly warmer and I'm hoping for colder weather and getting a bit of snow!
It's a lovely 10 degrees in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. "Feels like" a little under 0, however. Snowfall last night, but no precipitation at the moment.
Skiara Yes it is very Hoth like, right down to the snow, well over a foot of snow. I feel like I should be riding a tauntaun to work. By summer it will be much more Alderaanish (pre - explosion). Where are you at?
