The Bad Batch Hunter (spoilers)

Hunter is definitely gonna be the father figure to Omega. I can already sense it, already started to see some speculation about it

 

Yea. Lol. I was hoping other people would make them, but it seems like no. Seemed to spammy to make them all at once. So here I am.

 

I'm kinda stoked just to see lead character threads at all, especially for an animated show.

 

There's not much need for them but some people like to see their name in lights.

 

He's deffo gonna be the next "dad" character.

Hunter is really growing on me as a father figure

 

Hunter is fantastic. I like him as a father figure and he's also a cool leader. He seems protective of everyone on the team but boy if you mess with Omega you are signing your own death certificate. I wonder if we'll find out he lost a squad (as happened to every clone in the Clone Wars) or if we are going to find out there was a kid in the past he really couldn't save, before Order 66.

 

I think after just two episodes in Bad Batch he's become my favorite clone alongside Rex. I was meh on him in the clone wars arc. He becomes my favorite clone in this series.

Only now? I gotta admit this dude has some great hair power though. It's always moving. Hair has come a long way since TCW season 1.

 

It would be cool if Hunter breaks down at some point and does a riff on Rambo's monologue from First Blood, "Nothing is over! You just don't turn it off!"

 

Either that or I'm waiting for a Taken homage when someone succeeds at kidnapping Omega. Fennic somehow did not manage to hit his berserker button as the Regs do.

 

Somebody should get Bodie Taylor to film it and post it on You Tube....

 

Probably saving Stallone to show up in The Mandalorian...

Hunter and Crosshair together again, I think Hunter along side Wrecker been the best of the batch outside Crosshair of course.

Hunter's hair looks pretty gross actually which I think is a cool touch. His hair has a greasy sheen. I'm telling you guys his model got an animation bump in "Common Ground". Personally, I hope he cuts his hair and loses the bandana thing moving away from the Rambo homage. Mostly because there are fans who are just never going to be able to look past his appearance.

Echo is still my favorite member of The Bad Batch even if he hasn't done much this season. I just have a stronger emotional attachment to the last Domino than any of the other main characters. Love his grumpiness and how he's like Omega's Uncle Frank (From Home Alone, LOL). But Hunter is my second favorite. He did stall out a bit after "Bounty Lost" and get stuck in a rut. Until then the foundation was laid for him to become a complex character which got payoff in "Return of Kamino" where Hunter owns his mistakes and refuses to leave Crosshair. In fact, it really does seem like many of his choices or lack of desire to make them were about avoiding Crosshair. I really do enjoy his and Omega's relationship even if she gets on my nerves lately. You better really live through this next one Best Dad! Surely the powers that be won't hurt me again as they did with Fives.
