"I can see everything in this helmet!" Ewok-Kenobi's 500 post special! *Challenge*

Ok, this is my first challenge, so it aint gunna b good.

what would have happened had Palpatine gone by different Evil-Leader-of-the-Universe rules? what if hed gone by these rules. thats right, choose at least 5 rules from the The Evil Overlord List and rewrite Paplatines leadership using those rules added to the original rules he used. so basically, it has to be humor, and during palpatines reign as the emporer.. also, palpatine needs to be the main charecter.
all entries must be in by... hmm lets say The First Of June...

I don't think this contest thing is a good idea, not everyone that goes by there try and memorize that crazy list before making it.
