Atlantic I dreamt about DOY and TSM last night...

ever try lucid dreaming? a teacher got me interested in the subject and ive been looking it up on the net. i wonder what its like.

Gee, I don't know, Ryan...only one of my friends actually ever calls me...now who was it again?

 

I only have one person who phones me. and that person will never call after 11:00pm again, I'm sure!

nobody sends me mail!!!

 

I get mail all the time...bill collectors are such loving, unforgettin people...

 

What's lucid dreaming?

 

its when yer awake in your dream and can do whatever you want, because its just a dream. it sound cool, but what i wanna know is, does it work?

 

Wait! I've done that before! I can tell you exactly how it happened, too! It normally happened on Saturday mornings, because it was the only day were I didn't have to use my alarm clock. Anyways, I would wake up slightly (ya know, that half-asleep, half-awake, touch me and you're gonna DIE! stage?), and then fall kinda back to sleep and start dreaming. Then you can control the dream!

When you wake up one morning when you have plenty of time, and you're still half-asleep, start thinkin about something and fall back to sleep. You should start dreaming about whatever you were thinkin about, and go from there!

Yeah, I've done that. Kinda like half dreaming/half imagining. Weird.

My dad's graduate student once called at five in the morning. I was not impressed.

I was OPPMed once. I'm still not impressed.

 

My dad's alcoholic drug abusing brother who sounds like Tommy Chong with a French accent once called at 3am from a jail in Alberta or BC and claimed that they were going to lock him up in the "looney bin" if his "shrink" didn't talk to my dad right away. When he went to get his "shrink" I hung up on him.

 

I like my mind been in the gutter, much more fun down there!

I rarely remember my dreams, I have only remembered 8 in my entire life

 

When I was a kid, I once dreamt that the Ninja turtles were looking for my dog.

 

Ok, in that case, I do lucid dreaming. It's taken years, but I've totally mastered it. I haven't had a nightmare now for as long as I can remember. Whenever a dream starts to turn sour, I can control it and make it whatever I want.

 

An IM conversation with Ysanne the other day gave me a SW-themed dream! [face_shocked] It was scary!

 

One of my college friends once had a dream that the president of our Bible college was the antichrist!

That was me who dreamt that Prez was the anti Christ.. and remember.. I told him about it.. lol.. and Kirk and Doc Maxwell were his head haunchmen.. lol...

 

Yes! It was very funny. I can't remember, what was Prez's reaction when he learned he is the Antichrist?
