Which holiday is that?

 

91 New Icons!

 

There's not a single Aayla Secura holiday icon. Is it going to be worth my trouble to make and upload one, or am I going to be ignored again like at Halloween?

 

I'm just excited for the next regular icon upload and I suppose I've been a bit of an Icon Thread pest at times but I have a request.

There are few Tales of the Jedi (favorite series) male non sith icons so I'm respectfully requesting Ulic-Qel-Droma and Odan Urr icons.

Either way, you guys always produce prolific amounts of great work and I thank you icon jockeys whether you make these two or not.

Never listen to Tunick. He apparently subscribes to the theory that there can be such a thing as too much holiday cheer, which is clearly objectively wrong.

 

I disagree with that assessment.

 

It's been years since I posted any icons around here, but I'd love to have a Zekk icon from the Blood Oath cover uploaded. For your consideration, here's one I made.

 

I there a Jerec icon witch i can use?
Or there is no such thing?

Hey guys, I'm Nat and I'll be taking over as Icon Manager since DV is stepping down. I've been helping him with some behind-the-scenes stuff for a while now. I don't have training or the ability to upload anything yet (DV is away until early next week) but next week I'll be starting a new icons thread and ask everyone to repost their icons there, since I don't know what DV got to and what he didn't. Not only do I want to upload the icons you've been making, but also some from newer material, like the Clone Wars TV series and the new comics and books.

If you have any quetsions, comments or ideas, feel free to post here or PM me. I'm really excited to be doing this and working with all of you.

Holiday icons - I have to take them down and store them, and I won't have access until next week, so they'll be up a little longer And if you all want to start thinking of new Valentine icons, since the old ones are going up in a few weeks, that would be great. ASO, if you didn't get that icon you wanted uploaded this year and you want to make one, I'll store it with the others next week so that it'll go up for sure next year.

 

Will we still be using the website DV set up to upload and vote?

Yes. Depending on how frequently we get new icons, I'd like to update several times a month.

 

Well, there's a bit of a backlog of them as we haven't had a proper update in ages.

 

Right, and there will be a lot of new icons uploaded in the next couple weeks. But generally, after we've taken care of the backlog, how often depends on the amount we get.

I got a request from someone to make this icon more star warsy, and my school's website is being cranky about people downloading photoshop this semester. If someone wants to attempt it, I'll put it in the next batch to vote on.
