Welcome back, Tracy. I guess I didn't get the full drift of what you we're going for when you posted about there being a delay. I somehow got the impression that the way you have been for the past week or so would have been your routines for the future. Others have said that you've been busy lately, and that's fine. I'm sorry I addressed this issue in the wrong way. Next time I feel that you are being too inactive, I'll be sure to PM you about it.

icons are spose to be 50x50, 30x90 or 90x30

I'm not exactly sure what people's expectations are for managing icons. I think droideka is doing a fine job and is consistent with Grilled-Sarlacc in terms of how it is run, voting, and uploading rate. She's done an excellent job throughout the leadup and release of Episode III. Understand that if you make icons, one of your top reasons for coming here and things you enjoy the most is the whole icon experience. And that's great. But in terms of operating the boards, it's not even close to a top priority and certainly very secondary in terms of droideka's day-to-day board duties. It is important, don't get me wrong. But I don't understand what folks want from her or think she isn't doing. There is always room for improvement, however there is certainly no need for a replacement in my opinion.

 

I wish someone would change the title of this thread.

Perhaps Droideka herself could do it? I had requested the name of this topic be changed to "Manager Assistance", but it was never done.

I think this thread's time is done...and yet it's not being locked.

 

Comms threads are left open generally. So when someone else complains about Tracy, rather just PMing her, this thread can be upped.
