Ideas for September meet.

Right Tom can't do anything after the 24th so I guess the 30th is out, if the 16th is pushing it for you and Izzy then it'll have to be the 23rd.

 

dont worry about me, as long as you know what issues I would like addressing before hand then it can be discussed with out me

 

yeah but going out on the lash with the ladies sounds fun too, and i know tom will agree with me on this one. could be a sort of mini-meet!

Ok here's the thing, Tom is going to Uni in Bedford, he leaves on September the 24th and probably won't get back home until Christmas, so putting it off until October isn't really an option.

me and a certain leader want to know if its possible to do the previosu weekend of the 23rd as the night of the 23rd I'm going down to my uni to set up camp as it were./.....is this possible?

Ok to get this sorted we need to post who can and cant attend the weekend before the 23rd.....

i can make this weekend but not the weekend of the 23rd as I'm off to uni that night...

the best day for me is the 23rd but im only 50% sure i can go because i got to ask my parents who are away for a couple of weeks but get back around that time.

Guys and gals, I need somewhere that we can all talk without having to shout over loud music etc, etc. I will be bringing rough drafts of the documentation with me, by-laws, consent stuff etc, etc, that need to be discussed, and we won't be able to do that over people shouting.

I'd recommend a modest meal or something rather than a film or heavy drinking session.
