    Everyone here does realize that it is only us ultra-SW nerds that care about stuff like this. The general public doesn't dissect these issues forever on-end.

    Midichlorians sense when a limb is about to be cut of. That's why they flee into the remaining limbs before the blade serves the limb they're in. No Midichlorians lost that way.


    Midichlorians are strong with the Force. They create the Force, afterall. :)
