That wasn't so bad. She gave me a lecture about being surly and sarcstic on the phone but she saw the funny side. It was her fault anyway. She tried to dial personnel but kept forgetting to put the prefix in front. So eventually I became fed up and went into sarcasm mode. Unfortunately, she recognised my voice before I realsed who it was.
