You can, but if you don`t she just disapears and the Wook doesn`t count her death as canon: https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Darth_Zhorrid

    • A novel duology about the rise and fall of the Rakatan Empire, ASOIAF style.
    • A novelization about Meetra and the Mandalorian Wars. Despite its plot significance, the Mandalorian Wars hasn't been given a proper day in the limelight since the KOTOR comics, so having a book focusing on Meetra (the literal protagonist of KOTOR II) and the corruption of Revan/Malak overtime would interesting to see, especially if the last few chapters are centered around Malachor V.
    • A Darth Ruin series (around the span of, say, a trilogy) that shows his rise and fall from Sith mastery. We need more Sith Wars material.
    • Dooku novel by James Luceno. Nuff said.
    • Escape from Dagu. Shaak Ti going behind cover to liberate POWs from Separatist labor camps, while fighting a Dark Jedi? Hell yeah I wanna read that!
    • Comic series wrapping up the fates of the Vos clan and their allies, Dass Jennir and his crew, and other Jedi survivors of that era (could even work in people like Rahm Kota or Qu Rahn for bonus points)
    • Imperial Commando (the video game).
    • The Force Unleashed III - Say what you will about that series, but with a cliffhanger like the ending of II, people want to know how Vader escaped and what ultimately became of Starkiller (not even mentioning on whether he was the real deal or a clone... clones?)
    • Jedi Prince sequel? I'd be lying if I said I wasn't interested in seeing the (supposed) grandson of Palpatine overcome his lineage and become a Jedi Knight.
    • A Dark Empire tie-in, both prior and during the events of that story. (I do recommend checking out Empire of Ashes, it's a damn good story that covers this and more)
    • I'd be down to see a Lumiya short story set during her defeat after the Nagai War, up to the events of LOTF. Show her manipulating events from behind the shadows, connecting her to Darksider activities like Brakiss's Shadow Academy and what not.
    • Jedi Knight V. A game centered around Kyle and/or Jaden during the time of the Vong War or events post-Crucible.
    • Sword of the Jedi Trilogy. Tie it into whatever the hell Crucible was cooking up and see what it can do to change the stories going further and even those from before (secret Thrawn clone behind the scenes? Maybe a Jacen that may or may not be the real one returning and as a good guy?)
    • Legacy 3. Everyone comes together in one last final showdown (Jedi, Sith, Imperial Knights, etc.) against Abeloth and her minions, make it a love letter to every era of Star Wars. Could even go balls to the walls and have Abeloth conjure up the spirits of dead Sith Lords and Dark Jedi to assist in her takeover, while the good guys receive advice from almost every character that's a Force Ghost.

I’d love to see Lumiya and Carnor Jax’s slaughtering of the Prophets of the Dark Side, and Azrakel’s hunt for Kadann in the form of a comic series. In general, there’s a lot of story potential regarding the various rebellion-era dark side organizations and entities, and their fates post-ROTJ

I’d really like a continuation of Legacy, with novels set in that timeframe but the comics continuing to tell the main story. I’d have the comics be focused on Cade and Ania’s various adventures, with the overarching story of hunting down surviving sith, while the novels would tell assorted stories à la the Bantam era. Among those stories I’d like to see Zonama Sekot helping the Vong heal their connection to the force.

After all the sith are wiped out (possibly with Anakin’s spirit playing a role) I’d have a few decades of galactic peace filled with various small scale stories before the next big conflict. The conflict I have in mind would be inspired by Kenner’s cancelled The Epic Continues, with Atha Prime as the villain. I’d name the conflict the Second Clone Wars and it would consist of both sides using clone soldiers and would borrow a lot of ideas from the pre-prequels portrayal of the clone wars, such as mentally unstable Jedi clones.

Along the way it would be revealed that Atha Prime had been pulling lots of strings since Palpatine’s death, though not all the strings since I wouldn’t want to cheapen other threats by retconning them into his pawns. We’d also find out that Zeta Magnus from SkyeWalkers was a clone of Atha Prime, and that Atha Prime had been working with Palpatine since before the clone wars. I’d like there to be a cool origin story for him, something that would explain his hatred for the Jedi and his willingness to work with Palpatine.

The story would be told through a multimedia project, with the main story being split between the comics and a long series of novels, with both being readable on their own, but enriched by each other. There’d also be a lot of other books, comics, novellas, short stories, and maybe even a video game telling side stories that flesh out the conflict.

The Second Clone Wars would eventually be won by the Jedi after a decade of brutal conflict, but the order would be fractured into various, loosely affiliated factions, and lots of nomadic errant knights. The GFFA would be in shambles, and the next 20+ in-universe years of stories would show the long reparations and the development of the new status quo, with the comics primarily focused on the Jedi dealing with rogue clones and fallen Jedi. The books would be almost entirely standalones, duologies, and trilogies focused on lots of different characters, with the storylines being pretty self-contained but still referencing each other.

Eventually, we’d get to the last major conflict I have in mind for the EU, in which the Silentium and Abominor engage in another massive war, and the GFFA gets caught in the middle, being used as a battleground by the two robotic groups, who would ravage it while also taking control of any and all droids they come across and converting them to their respective sides. All the various factions would be forced to unite against the threat of these machines, and the fate of everyone and everything in the galaxy would be at stake.

At some point, the Alliance of Life (a placeholder name for the united galaxy’s forces, since I can’t think of anything better) and their Jedi leaders would forge an alliance with the Silentium, who would be portrayed as more benevolent than the straight-up destructive Abominor, but eventually it would be revealed that the Silentium are just as bad, and have only been pretending to care about the inhabitants of the GFFA in order to gain their allegiance.

Sometime in the second half of the story, Vuffi Raa would betray the Silentium and swear loyalty to a descendant of Lando Calrissian, and end up playing a key part in defeating the Silentium. The newly force-sensitive Vong would also play a big role in achieving victory due to their knowledge of the two droid races.

Eventually, after years of conflict and destruction, the Alliance of Life would manage to defeat both the Silentium and Abominor in a massive amount of climatic battles simultaneously occurring all over the galaxy. This would be the ultimate victory of life over machines. However, the galaxy would be devastated by the long, destructive war, and the droids would have destroyed many planets and rendered countless others lifeless and uninhabitable. The Star Wars saga would end with all the force user sects, dark and light, and all the various governmental factions coming together to find a way to repair their galaxy and heal the ruined worlds, with the GFFA in the worst condition it’s ever been, but it’s people more united than ever before.

This would also be the biggest, longest, and most expansive multimedia project in the history of Star Wars to really make it feel like the grand finale of an entire universe of stories. Plot threads from all throughout the timeline would be brought together, and elements of stories ranging all the way back to thousands of years before the foundation of the Jee’dai Order would come into play, bringing the entire EU together and hammering home how connected everything is. The story would simultaneously be a dramatic finale for the expanded universe, and also a love letter to all of its parts, no matter how small and obscure.

And of course, the final scene would show the force spirits of the whole Skywalker family (who would make appearances throughout the story) watching their last descendants setting out to preserve the future of galaxy, and continue down the open road we’ve all been following for all these years.

edit: the remaining celestials would also be involved and would help defeat the Silentium and Abominor

In the comic "Shadows and Light" we see that right after the GSW, the Jedi hunting terentateks go to Dreshade (it does not seem new) and one sleeps with a Sith apprentice (referred to as such) strongly implied to be yuthura ban, so if she was already a Sith, it stands to reason others were as well.

This comic is included in the epic collection "tales of the jedi Volume 3"

Yup - in Arden Lyn's account:

Xendor told me he once journeyed to a dead world where the Force was worshipped as a triad of divine beings. The Daughter was the Light Side. The Son was the Dark Side. And the Father? The Father was the Force itself, perhaps. Xendor said that he spoke with these beings, and I asked eagerly what he had discovered. He laughed, and dismissed the question.

"Even now, you refuse to understand," he told me. "There are as many truths to the Force as there are hearts within which the Force manifests itself. The existence of the triad has no more bearing on the reality of the Force than the Ashla or the Bogan, or anything I tell you, or anything you tell others. Any philosophy, creed, or religion that opens the heart to the Force proves itself to be true. My legions follow the dictates of such a creed. But that is only a demonstration of the application of power, Arden. It says nothing about the rightness of our beliefs, or the universality of our faith."

More stuff involving the New Sith Wars and a NJO-length novel series based on the Pius Dea Crusades. Oh, and a novel trilogy about the final battles of the Hundred-Year Darkness.

Novels about the exiled dark Jedi discovering and seizing power in the Sith empire would be awesome too. Maybe a novel focusing on each of the first Sith lords, with the first in the series being focused on Ajunta Pall

I’d like to see a comic series about what Wes and Hobbie were up to during the first four X-Wing books (I believe they trained Talon Squadron, so Myn Donos would likely appear), and one about the Rogues during the Wraith Squadron trilogy
