    Can anyone tell me what following someone means on here, does that mean I'll get an alert every time the user posts?

    Jar-Jar Binks, if you take a look at your profile page, you can see a place called "Followers" on the left side. The more people follow you the more Followers will be listed there. It's usual used for finding people easier. Very helpful, if you like to send a PM to a friend and haven't seen him/her at the forum lately. Searching for a post can take ages. So it's mainly a list of e-friends.

    If you start following one, you'll get another corner called "Following".

    I never got an alert for people I follow or who follow me, if they post. I don't know, if it's possible to select that option somewhere, but I think it would be more and more annoying the more people are on those lists. The only alert you get is the one when someone adds you to their following list. That's all. :)

    Hi, a question.

    Is there a list of threads that I'm watching? I see the one that pops up when there are unread posts, but I was looking for something that listed them even when I don't have unread posts.

    Anakin.Skywalker, if you are using a browser there's a link called 'watched threads' below the JCF tab. If you're on tapatalk then I have no idea. :)

    In here? It might be an idea on the first sight, but on the second it won't support the aim of WNU. The welcome threads would disappear from sight and would get less posts and less new members would realize that they are more than welcome to open such a thread. The social threads will be upped whenever one posts in them and the more active they are the more they stay at the top of a page. That's also the reason why I keep the number of stickied threads very limited.

    Where's the search function? I want to look at the old review threads for TCW but Google just shows a list of who voted 1 on the ratings, and I can't seem to search from inside the site.

    There's an episode thread in TV forum. I wouldn't pay extra attention to TCW reviews, many of the users at that time were trolling and were angry over EU retcons.

    Why does my "Following" list count one more than I actually have. I've noticed this in more than one place.

    No biggie, just wondering.

    Nothing confirmed but I spoke to Anakin.Skywalker and it may be caused by some glitch caused by un-following a follower. Not entirely sure though.

    Nope, but I've counted his followers and followed person. Since the number is different to the one that shows the counter, it must be some kind of glitch or hiccup or so. But nothing to worry about in my view. :)
